Become an Olympic Torchbearer with Lenovo

torch logoOlympic Games sponsor Lenovo is seeking two Remarkable Australians to run in the Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch Relay when it goes through Canberra on April 24, 2008.

After the most memorable 400 metres of a lifetime, finalists will get to keep the "Cloud of Promise" Olympic Torch designed by Lenovo, and will be in the company of Australia's finest athletes, celebrities and citizens participating in this extraordinary global event when it goes through our nation’s capital.

Lenovo will also cover the cost of two domestic economy return airfares for each winner plus one night twinshare accommodation in Canberra on April 23, 2008.

Do you consider yourself a Remarkable Australian? Do you know someone who is? They don't have to be rich, famous or well known. They could be young or old.

Lenovo is simply looking to use its 2008 Beijing Olympic Games Sponsor status to honour everyday Australian citizens who have done remarkable things in business, sport, community service or personal life. It could be you. It could be your neighbour.
